MESSAGE FROM THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE CONFERENCE:
HIS EXCELLENCY RABIA MOHAMED AL-KAABI

The 52nd International Conference of the International Council for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, Sport, and Dance (ICHPER•SD) is a continuation of the 3rd Conference of the Council for the Middle East, which was held in Doha in March 2007 where it recommended to host the next conference in Doha, in recognition of the vital role of the State of Qatar in the fields of physical education and sport, led by the Qatar Olympic Committee, the host authority of this conference.

Undoubtedly, hosting this congress at this time represents a new support to the efforts spent on sports, in the light of the sporting prosperity in Qatar as well as the international reputation of the Qatar Olympic Committee in the fields of sports management and hosting of major events, in addition to the care given to women sports and kids sports, which resulted in a clear interaction between the various schools and centers of scientific research and mutual benefit for people and responsible staff.

You are all welcome in the State of Qatar. I wish you great and fruitful results for the hard work and magnificent communication you implement in this conference, which will absolutely add a lot for the good of all humanity all over the world.
